Salt Mackerel

Salt Mackerel can be eaten with anything. It is prefer served with  boiled dumplings boiled green bananas, yams sweet potato's etc. You can also have this mackerel with fry dumplings fry breadfruit for your breakfast meal. It is also know for cooking some good rundown meals.
