Refund , Return and Exchange Policy

We will accept your requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still attached. The product’s must be in their original packaging, in the same condition it was received.

 We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items,  or any form of beauty care products.

 If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.

It is not recommended to have your Perishable items ship via the postal service whether USPS, Parcel force of Canada post

If your package is delayed, please contact USPS, Canada Post or Parcel force and file a claim, if necessary. We are not responsible once we handed over your  order  to the post office and we do not offer refunds on any perishable items. However, we will do our best to accommodate you as our valued customer.

 

Refunds

Once item is received, we will review your request and inspect the item accordingly. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item or items and processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

Once approved, the money will be refunded to your original payment  method within two weeks. All payment companies are different,  so it could takes a fewer than normal business day's to process for the refund to show up in your bank account.

 

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, or a damaged item we are happy to exchange the item or items. Please email us at jamrockgoodiesshopping@gmail.com send us an email  within 30 days of receiving your product so process can begin.

 

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to jamrockgoodiesshopping@gmail.com, we will send you a return shipping label. Please affix to to your package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for item to be returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping / Handling

Please note that there is a three (3)day handling time to get the packages prepared for shipping.

Currently, we ship worldwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Once your order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.  Our shipping Provider is Jamaica Post, FedEx and DHL. Depending on your location, shipping may take  up to fourteen (14)  Business days however most packages are delivered within  2 to 4 day's excluding weekends.

Please note that the shipping rates for all the items  that we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we represent, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Once your package is handed over to the specified carriers we have no control over the items or how they are handled. Hench why we pack them as best as we can to avoid extreme damages.

N.B SHIPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE once the item has been shipped.

Customs And Import Fees

If you are ordering outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. Jamrock goodies Shopping has no control over these charges/duties and we cannot say what those costs maybe as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer. Customer may contact there local customs office for more information on the current charges. When customs clearance procedures are required it may cause delays beyond our original estimates.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jamrockgoodiesshopping@gmail.com and send your item to: 16 McKinley Crescent, Kingston, 21801, Jamaica.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
