Refund , Return and Exchange Policy
Jamrock Goodies Shopping will accept your requests for items that are not open, used and is in the same condition that it was sent. All ITEM MUST BE THE ORIGINAL ITEM THAT WAS SENT.
Perishable items, and any form of beauty care products are NON REFUNDEABLE
If you want to return your item or items we must receive it within 30 day's of the date you received your package.
All Perishable items must be ship through FEDEX
If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier that was selected at purchasing and inquiry about your package. We are not responsible once we handed over your package to the carrier. Also we do not offer any refunds on any perishable items. However, we will do our atumust best to accommodate you as our valued customer.
Once your item was sent back to us and is at our location, we will review your request inspect the item thoroughly and make our decision accordingly. We will then send you an email to confirm that we have received your item or items and then begin processing your request. A second email will be sent with a follow up of your request to determine if your request was approved or deny. if approved, your money will be refunded in the method it was received. All companies are different, it could take longer than normal business day's to process the refund.
In the unexpectedly event that you receive a defective product, or a damaged product we are delighted to exchange that product or products. Please send us an email at email@example.com within 15 day's of receiving your product so we can act accordantly.
Once we received your request at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will send you a return shipping label. Please affix to your package, it will allow you to send back the package to us.
All Customers will be responsible for paying for there own shipping costs in order for item/items to be returned back to us. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Also if you were granted a refund, the cost of returning your packages to us will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping / Handling
Jamrock Goodies Shopping required a "3"day handling time to put your order together for shipping.
We supply the world with worldwide Shipping through FEDEX and DHL. Please be advised, that there are restrictions on some products, which is noted on the website and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to the restrictions.
Once your order is received and processed we will assess shipping and delivery dates for customers based on the availability of your products. Our shipping Provider is FedEx and DHL. Depending on your location, shipping may take a bit longer. Which is beyond our control. Packages typically gets delivered within 2 to 4 day's excluding weekends.
All shipping rates for all the items that we displayed on our website are weight based which reflect the policies of the shipping companies we represent. All weights must be equal to its pound.
Once your package is handed over to the specified carriers, Jamrock Goodies Shop has no control over your package or how it was handle. That' s why we make sure to secure each packages properly to avoid extreme damages.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE ONCE THE ITEM HAS LEFT OUR COMPANY AND HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
Customs And Import Fees
Orders from outside of the United States, may be subjected to customs and import duties. Jamrock Goodies Shopping has no control over those charges/duties and cannot say what those costs maybe. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country which is beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges that may appear once package has arrived to its destination. All custom clearance fee must be paid by the customer. Customer may contact there local customs office for more information on the current charges.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular prices can be refunded once it is deem that we are at fault.
Exchanges (Only if applicable)
We can only replace product if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at email@example.com and send your package to: 16 McKinley Crescent, Kingston, 20 Jamaica.
Returning items $50 and above, we asked that you use a trackable shipping services or purchase an insurance protection plan for your package, in the event your package was not delivery to us.
